We offer a large house rented as a single gite and adaptable for 2 to 12 people at a rate of € 33 per person per night from 2 nights or € 140 per person for 1 week In our house there are 2 large kitchens well equipped with traditional oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric and senso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 2 raclette sets for 2x 8 people, and 2 fondue sets, large dining corner bench, 1 dining room for 12 people, 1 relaxation lounge for 12 people with large flat screen TV internet connection, 2 bathrooms with wc and 2 separate wc, 4 bedrooms for 2 people and 1 dormitory bedroom for 4 people 1 entrance with a large storage room for provisions, jackets, shoes ect ... an outdoor area for sunny days with tables, benches, barbecue and 4 private car parks in front of the house On your arrival the beds are made and we suggest you taking care of your personal laundry, washed and dried

Sparkling clean

Stayed for 2 days / 2 nights here with our family of 3 kids and 5 adults. The house was sparkling clean and we enjoyed the quiet location with its family friendly spaces. This region has so much on offer for kids outdoor adventures this house was a great base for us to enjoy all the options. The hospitality of the owners was lovely .

Wir haben uns zu einem Geschwistertreffen mit 10 Personen in dem Haus von Herr und Frau Balboa aufgehalten und ein wunderschönes,erholsames Wochenende erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, professionell und liebevoll renoviert und bietet alles, was man für ein Wochenende mit Selbstversorgung braucht. Alles ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden,von der Bettwäsche bis zu Handtücher und diversen Küchengeräten. Die Vermieter waren ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frau Balboa spricht perfekt deutsch, so dass die Kommunikation problemlos war. Ein- und Auschecken verliefen ebenfalls ohne Probleme.Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Balboa für dieses schöne Wochenende.

Ungastlich, altmodisch und ungemütlich

Leider ist das Objekt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen... es war schlecht geheizt, roch muffig und die Vermieterin war leider keine gute Gastgeberin. Während des Aufenthalts gab es keine Möglichkeit noch einmal Kontakt aufzunehmen und zusätzliche Decken anzufordern. Auf Telefon, Klingel oder E-Mail wurde einfach nicht reagiert. Die Heizung war aus Energiespargründen gedrosselt (nach dem Wochenende hatten wir halt alle eine Erkältung). Das Sofa musste bei der Anreise mit Decken abgedeckt werden, damit es keine Schäden gibt (also haben wir es gar nicht benutzt). Das Geschirr war ein buntes Sammelsurium ... aber eine Preisliste wies darauf hin, welchen Wert man im Fall eines Verlustes zu tragen hätte. Sorry... aber wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Séjour très agréable

Le gîte est spacieux, fort bien entretenu et très bien équipé (literie excellente, vaisselle abondante et de haute qualité, linge fourni...), ce qui explique que les propriétaires soient un peu "touchy" - mais par ailleurs adorables et toujours prêts à rendre service. L'espace extérieur est un peu réduit mais le village offre la possibilité de se promener facilement et agréablement, avec même une possibilité de balade en forêt directement sans voiture. A proximité, Metzeral et Munster offrent des commerces et marchés dont on peut facilement profiter. Le temps était merveilleux et nous étions tous très contents de notre séjour. Un grand merci à M. et Mme Balboa!

Des hôtes formidables !

Louis et sa femme Eliane, sont des hôtes formidables et bienveillants. La maison est d’une propreté sans précédent, la literie est confortable et la maison est parfaite pour un groupe de 12 personnes. Merci encore, nous reviendrons c’est certain.

Es war fabulös!

Zunächst einmal - die Gastgeberin spricht fließend deutsch, heißt alle deutsch sprachigen werden sich problemlos verständigen können. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich begrüßt und waren durchgehend als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Die location ist sehr einladend und gepflegt. Mit dem Auto sind alle viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehenswürdige Städte (Eguisheim/Colmar....) unter einer Stunde zu erreichen. Im Ort sondernach gibt es eine Bäckerei in welcher das Personal deutsch spricht. Die Baguettes sind top! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ala Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (Lidl und Französische Supermärkte). Tankstellen und Apotheken sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Ort Sondernach ist sehr still und idyllisch. Der Ausblick aus der Unterkunft ist großartig - man schaut direkt auf Sicht grün bewachsene Hügel/Berge. Zum letzten Abend hin haben wir mit den Herrschaften Balboa einen entspannten Abend bei einigen Gläsern mit Geschmack versehenen Ethanol verbracht. 🥃 Klare Empfehlung für Familie / Paare die entschleunigen wollen oder einsame Pokemon Go spieler.

Propriétaire ne gerant pas correctement sa location

Le propriétaire du logement n'a pas mis le calendrier abritel a jour alors qu'il avait deja loué le bien sur un autre site. De ce fait ma demande a été acceptée par abritel et le paiement à été débité sur mon compte. Par la suite très difficile pour moi et pour abritel de joindre le propriétaire afin d'enclencher le remboursement des frais engagés. Finalement remboursement au bout de deux semaines.... Attention à ce propriétaire.

Très bon sejour de fin d année

Nous avons passé un très bon week end pour se retrouver en famille pour fêter le nouvel an. Habitation très spacieuse, très propre, confortable. A 10 mn d’une petite station de ski, car nous avons eu la chance que la neige soit au rdv. Très belle région à découvrir. Boulangerie et supérette à 2 km. Propriétaires très sympathiques et prêts à donner tous renseignements utiles à votre séjour.
