This 1st floor unit is 2BD/1BTH, kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, large covered patio area on the South side and cozy patio on the North side of the house. Great for bird & wildlife watching, BBQ's, relaxing or entertaining. You will be within walking distance to Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, local eateries like the Copper Brothel Brewery & Tia Anita Cantina. You'll have gorgeous views, to the west, Mt Wrightson, views north towards Empire Ranch and then East the Whetstones & Mustang Mt. range. Perfect for those spectacular sunrise’s and sunsets of Sonoita.

NOTE: there are 2 other spaces for rent here. Would be great larger groups. Up to 12 people.

Info Book

You had so many amenities, it would have been nice with a welcome book outlining all of them. Working the A/C, heat units would have been very helpful. We could not get the one in the main living room to work for us.

Arizona Getaway

Location was wonderful. It was a short drive to many activities, but still convenient. The Bunkhouse was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
