Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, the Tree House combines privacy, comfort, and modern mountain charm in a thoughtfully designed studio layout.

The Space:

This private studio is designed to feel like a modern cabin retreat. The studio is located on the same property as the main home in a quiet mountain neighborhood, surrounded by trees that create a peaceful, forest-like setting. The main house may also be rented separately if available.



The open layout combines the sleeping area, living space, and kitchen into one comfortable and inviting space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring the outdoors in.

The living space features comfortable seating, smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that create a peaceful treehouse feel.



Large sliding glass doors lead directly onto the private deck for easy indoor outdoor living.

Step outside onto a comfortable sized private deck surrounded by trees and fresh mountain air.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire studio and private deck.



This studio sits next to the main home, which may also be rented during your stay. If the main home is occupied, the driveway will be shared.



The garage is not available for guest use.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for easy access to the Tree House and surrounding attractions. During the winter months, 4-wheel drive or tire chains may be required due to snow.



Other Things to Note:

If anything is broken or not up to your satisfaction upon arrival, please notify us promptly so we have the opportunity to address it.



As outlined in the Terms and Conditions you will sign upon booking (but in case you miss it), Twain Harte Rentals provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started. We recommend arriving prepared with any additional paper products you may need during your stay.



You will receive a message prior to arrival with information on where to purchase firewood if the home does not provide it.



While Wi-Fi is provided, it is not guaranteed. Mountain internet can occasionally be spotty and is not always as reliable as city service.



External cameras are located outside the home for security purposes.



Essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper are not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.



Winter travelers should check road conditions before arrival.
