The cozy vacation apartment "Jule" located in Sonthofen is ideal for a relaxing vacation for the whole family.

In addition to the spacious master bedroom with a newly furnished double bed, there is a children's room with a bunk bed for 2 people and another large single bed, so that 3 people have enough space to sleep or play. The apartment therefore offers space for up to 5 people. A children's travel cot is also available on request.

The separate kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need as a hobby chef, including a dishwasher. In the living/dining room you will find the sitting area with corner bench and the new large LCD TV with cable connection, as well as the free W-LAN connection. From here you have a beautiful view of the Allgäu mountains with the Hörner group opposite. The small bathroom with shower and the separate toilet round off the facilities of this cozy apartment.

Thanks to the central location of this apartment on the 2nd floor, you can reach the town center with its pedestrian zone and many shops and restaurants in just a few minutes on foot. The train station is also not far away. In the immediate vicinity you will find an EDEKA supermarket and the bakery for fresh breakfast rolls.

Right next to the house entrance, your vehicle can rest from the long journey in a large carport parking space reserved for you. There is also enough space for your bicycles (additional storage in the basement). In the basement you will also find the washing machine and the drying room.

Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, eigener Parkplatz im Carport und große Wohnung zählen als Pluspunkte. Bad und WC sind wirklich sehr klein. Auch die Ausstattung dort ist in die Jahre gekommen. Mindestend die Duschestange/Halterung muss komplett getauscht werden. Grundsätzlich ist die Ferienwohnung aber in Ordnung. Schwächen liegen im Alter einiger Dinge - die Fenster sind sicherlich teilweise aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und da auch nicht gerade aus den letzten Jahren. Ein deutlicher Hinweis über die Lage im 3.OG mit den entsprechenden Treppen wäre sicher für ältere Nutzer sehr hilfreich. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell. Gebäudebedingt sind die Geräusche von oben und teilweise von unten (Rollläden) deutlich zu hören. Sehr hilfreich ist der Edeka direkt vor der Tür. Im Umfeld sind reichlich Bäcker und Gaststätten in laufreichweite.Direkten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hatten wir nicht.
