Apartment, with superb view of the ocean, on the 3rd floor of a residence with lift, the road to cross to be on the North beach.

Emplacement idéal et vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan.Appartement un peu vétuste qui aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Propreté du logement à revoir.. soleil aveuglant l’après-midi : des stores seraient nécessaires. Un petit étendoir serait aussi très utile.

Salle de bain toute à refaire Sol en jonc de mer donc ne peut pas se laver (hygiène???) Vitres véranda à changer très abîmées Et des stores seraient nécessaires Pour le soleil le soir!!!
