Arrived at 6 pm and no reception open. Followed clear instructions in received mail and found my key and room. Nice room with very comfortable bed but stains on the floor by the bed from previous guest. No pool open during summer which was a disappointment but the garden area was really nice to enjoy in the evening. Came on a Monday and both the bar and the restaurant was closed which was a disappointment too. Lots of areas inside to hang out in. Breakfast was good.

DÄlig service över lag. Personalen pÄ hotellet Àr alldeles för ung och oerfaren. Vi tyckte att det var för varmt pÄ rummet och bad om en flÀkt men den som hade bÀsta koll pÄ lÀget bara avfÀrdade det. Inte ens sÀga godmorgon till frukosten eller frÄga om hur natten varit, dÄ det var varmt, det fanns inte i deras vÀrld. Ingen frÄga om hur vistelsen varit eller om vi tyckte i var nöjda med vÄrt rum eftertfrÄgades nÀr vi checkade ut. Jag tycker att det hör till god kutym. Hyfsad frukost med Àggröra och bacon, för salta pannkakor som inte gick att Àta. Allehanda pÄlÀgg men mycket ostruknare, kanske inte alla som vill ha just det till sin frukost. Bastun Àr uppdelad, damer och herrar, nackdel nÀr man Äker som familj. En del av anlÀggningen var spöklik dÄ mÄnga rum var möblerade men tomma pÄ mÀnniskor.

Restaurangen har en mycket bra standard, toppklass. Njöt bĂ„de kvĂ€ll och morgon. VĂ„rt rum mycket medioker standard. Att höra andra gĂ€ster samtala genom ventilationen Ă€r lĂ„gvattenmĂ€rke.Duschutrymmet? Tja, sett bĂ€ttre. Korridorsdörren utanför vĂ„rt rum ”small” igen högt vid varje passerande, trots löften om att sĂ€tta upp lapp att ta hĂ€nsyn hĂ€nde inget. Vi hade hundrum och betalade extra men Ă€r övertygad om att standarden Ă€r lĂ„ngt under er normala standard. SĂ„ varför betalar vi extra?? Kommer gĂ€rna förbi men enbart för att Ă€ta i fortsĂ€ttningen.
