We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, always going out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made every moment of our stay truly delightful. Even when we unexpectedly got stuck in the elevator (an issue beyond the hotel’s control), they responded promptly and went above and beyond by sending a thoughtful plate of appetizers to our room as an apology. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the vibrant and unique city of La Paz, Bolivia.

Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast. The team helped with consultations and booking tours when we needed that. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. It is conveniently located close the the blue cable car line, less than 2 blocks away. There are multiple restaurants around and within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helped coordinate some tours for us. The three names that I’d like to highlight are Marcelo and Abigail at the front seat and Gabriel at breakfast. Enjoyed the stay there and extended it by an additional night.

Great location, friendly staff, can pay fee to get a room early if you arrive on an early flight, good breakfast included in stay, dinner at restaurant is delicious, nice views. Strange that it’s located in a high rise building occupying only two floors (5 and 12), but very secure. Modern decor. Staff offered free packed breakfast two days when we left very early for tours. Enjoyed my stay!

We enjoyed our stays at Stannum. The included breakfasts were a great plus. The front desk people were very helpful and cooperative, especially Abigail and Josue. They helped us arrange excursions which turned out great. The hotel location was excellent for accessing the teleferico system and close to two malls including a supermarket. The dry sauna was nice to have also. We would surely stay again as well as recommend to others.

Stannum Hotel is in a great location and right around the corner from the blue gondola station (the city’s transport). The staff is extremely helpful in booking airport transfers, rides pretty much anywhere you’d like to go, and exchanging money. They all also spoke English fluently. The breakfast was also good - your typical higher end breakfast buffet. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re heading to La Paz!!
