If you wish to stay at this property MAKE sure you can meet the checkin time. We were late to check in and the owner cancelled our stay for the 2 nights without any refund. Fair enough for the first night but he should not have cancelled the second night or should have given us a refund.

Private home, not for everyone

It was what I needed—an inexpensive place to stay that was safe, clean and centrally located close to transportation, etc. Still, it likely is not for everyone. A private home with limited services and shared bathroom.

Я путешествовала одна. Приехала в Сорренто в 15.00 . Данный хост указал, что заселение до определённого момента. Мой рейс задержали, я немного опоздала. Позвонила этому мужчине и сообщила о своей проблеме, он предложил заселиться в другое место к его подруге. Так я и сделала. Переговорив с владелицей другого отеля, она мне сообщила, что деньги должны вернуть , прошло три недели денег нет. Hotels.com не сильно проявляет заинтересованность в данном вопросе. Кинули на деньги и все. Не рекомендую данный тип жилья и сервер бронирования тоже. cheated on money. I did not live in this place. i lost money

Detta är ett B&B utan Breakfast. Incheckning måste bokas i förväg och måste hända innan 13.30 ! Notera att detta inte anges direkt i bekräftelse-mail från Hotels.com utan man måste klicka på alla länkar i detta mail och lusläsa all information. Ingen normal reception finns, bara en o-servicevänlig person som svara när han har lust i telefonen. Svårt hitta platsen. Gillar du komplicerade personer, svårfunna platser och helt icke befintlig service känsla så boka detta hotell via Hotels.com !

O dono do albergie solicitou o pagamento em dinheiro , cash. Espero q Hotéis não tenha descontado o valor no meu cartão. Achei q o quarto tinha banheiro, mas era noutro andar. O local era um pouco longe do centro tb.
