Great location but lacking some basics

Handy location near centre of Sorrento and 10 mins walk to train station. Clean, modern, minimalist apartment. On downside no blind in bedroom meant we had light from early morning, a bit too minimalist e.g. a second mug would have been nice and occasional smell of sewer. Communal areas on block really need painting.

Location is great, just outside the old city. The unit appears renovated with some more modern features. It is very bare bones though, missing necessities such as toilet paper. When we asked the property manager, they described it as a “holiday house” as such you have to bring everything yourself which is rather inconvenient. They did bring us a couple rolls when we expressed confusion. The place is fine for a short stay, but the lack of necessities, lack of a comfortable bed, furniture etc. is not great for a long stay.

Great property overall in every aspect. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we come back to sorrento. I’m glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. There is much more room and it is conveniently located.
