We had a really enjoyable stay, the staff were all friendly and very willing to help! We arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight - we were able to WhatsApp the hotel to let them know and we received a very quick reply to let us know the night staff would be able to check us in. Breakfast was good and our room and all other facilities were all kept to a very good and clean standard!

I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated.

Woke up at 4am to loud door knocking (no idea if this was wake up calls), 5am to trash being emptied, and 6-9am was consistent door slamming and yelling from the cleaning staff and a manager of all people. Couldnt check in until 3:30pm somehow, considering the rooms were being cleaned so early. Overall it was a clean, renovated hotel with a nice pool and good poolside service. Didn’t get any sleep however, which we expect when paying for a hotel.

A modern hotel with friendly staff. A good set of breakfast options. Some things to be aware of: Possibly slightly too far out of the centre of Sorrento for us (about a 20 min walk) Some of the technology in the rooms is too complicated for its own good (bathroom light wouldn’t turn on in middle of night). Pool is not heated so was freezing cold (it was May). There’s no fridge in the rooms.

This was an ultra modern room, that was pretty quiet, except if you leave windows open in the morning when workmen and birds got going in early AM on back of property. It wasn't very crowded in April, and since it was a good walk to other dining options, we generally ate in the hotel. They had a great breakfast buffet (included) and many other meals we ate there, we frequently had the restaurant to ourselves, but there was a good variety of excellent options, including multiple vegetarian offerings and excellent service 👍
