Staff was excellent… Food in the restaurant was good… would be nice to have real coffee in the room… also, more towel hooks but not in the shower… and a shelf in the shower for your face wash and razor… But otherwise the room was nice…

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms very modern, comfortable and spacious. No fridge inside the room. The bathroom was great and really nice shower, specially after a long day of walking around town. The location is a little far from the center but if you like to walk and enjoy walking and the joying the views, then is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento! I’ll recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

The hotel was great, a little far from the town center but easy 20 min walk. Our only complaint is you can hear everything outside of your room. The cleaning staff would start early being loud so if you want to sleep in & are a light sleeper it may bother you. Besides that we had a wonderful stay & highly recommend!

Only complaint was super noisy early morning and early/late evenings when guests arrived or left their rooms and let the doors slam shut or yelling and laughing loudly during nighttime hours.

All the staff were nice. Our room was regularly mopped as the floor is not carpeted which we appreciate. Our feet don't get dirty when barefooted in the room. Breakfast is included. You have to request for your coffee all the time. There is no coffee machine to make yourself when you need it. The hotel has all day dining. No other restaurants around the hotel. The only issue is you have to walk to the center for about 20 minutes to get to the Piazza for dining/shopping. I wish the hotel had a shuttle to/from Piazza Tasso/Corso Italia.

This is a very modern hotel within 20 minutes walking distance of the centre of Sorrento. The staff were delightful and could not be more helpful. It was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. Amenities were good, in that you could get food or drink from early morning until 10.00pm at night. I have only one criticism, and it is personal, in that it is so modern it lacks comfort in the main areas, no comfortable settees just hard seats and tables a bit bland. That said I couldn’t fault it in any other way

Our room had a balcony with a lovely view over the water. The hotel is modern and very comfortable. It’s an easy 20 mins walk into Sorrento or you can get the bus. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend this hotel, we would stay again.

Rooms were fairly clean and very eco friendly. Not bad in terms of size. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Be prepared for back problems. Also I was charged a cancellation fee after having two reservations since I noticed the price went down before my stay. Despite the fact that I canceled my first reservation when I made my new reservation and provided the hotel with my cancellation email, they still charged me one nights stay as a cancellation fee. I basically paid to stay one night in the same room twice. There was a lot of back and forth between front desk and back office. Never a manager to speak with. Overall this was a big inconvenience. Would not stay again.

Had an enjoyable stay at So Lifestyle! Our room was clean with a pretty view. My only complaint is that the doors are very thin, we could hear people walking/talking in the hallway in the very early morning hours.
