Unit S-2. This is a non-smoking apartment. This exceptionally well-decorated and equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo awaits you at The Victorian Luxury Beachfront Condominiums. S-2 is a second-floor oceanfront unit set back from the beach at the end of a landscaped courtyard. Open the sliding glass doors between the living space and your lanai to bring the outdoors and fresh ocean breeze inside, a nice way to relax in paradise.

The master bedroom with king bed includes a full built-in closet. Tumbled wall tiles complete the adjacent four-piece bathroom. conditioned. Maid service is provided with the cleaning of the unit once a week. The kitchen is equipped for your cooking and dining needs and includes a toaster and microwave oven. and wireless internet access is provided.

The infinity pool with sun-kissed whirlpool and well cared for gardens at The Victorian, plus kilometers of sandy beach are all yours to enjoy. You are a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of Cabarete and its beachfront restaurants, bars, shopping, and sheltered beach. A local taxi or “moto concho” will get you there in minutes. The property was very clean and oceanfront. All rooms are ocean front or full ocean view. The view and the sound of the waves were exactly what I needed. There is 24 hr security. We were within walking distance to 3 very good restaurants- Martini's, Goddess Beachfront restaurant and Quebec Smoke Meat (poutine, sugar and pecan pie is a must). There is a cleaning lady that will come once a week and a laundry service is available. Apart from the 2 office managers, the staff speak and understand only spanish. However you can always contact one of the managers if necessary.
