I have stayed here before and it’s decent with a nice breakfast. However, due to a flood on a floor, they switched me from a room with two queens to a room with one king. Not a huge deal but inconvenient. As we were not a couple staying there. I wasn’t really upset. However, they didn’t even give us a discount or any perks or anything. That was disappointing.

Great place!!

Staff were friendly and helpful with giving suggestions on where to go eat. Room was clean and super comfortable. Housekeepers do a great job here and arw helpful if you need anything extra. Lindsey at check-in was also extremely helpful. The pool and basketball court was a bit small but nice. The kids enjoyed it. There's also a really nice outdoor sitting area.

It is a nice establishment. Clean looking. If you're not staying in the hotel long, its fine, otherwise, housekeeping doesnt actually refresh the rooms daily, you have to ask(like for coffee pods and amenities). Friendly staff. Some enforcement around common areas like the pool would be nice. Unfortunately, there was a group of individuals that took over the pool area, and had absolutely no regard for where anyone else in the pool was. They were rowdy and loud, and on mutliple occassions, bumped into or hit accidentally. Granted their manners should not reflect the hotel, but it went on for hours, after we and other families left. Its a common area, hotel should have some monitoring/options if this happens

The room was very nice and clean. The pool / hot tub were very dirty and a fight broke out in the middle of other families and children resulting in us not wanting to stay long. Staff were also not managing the pool area as there were people sneaking into the pool area / glass bottles were every where when the sign clearly states “no glass bottles in the pool area.” Lady at the front desk was a delight though.

They have a sign stating that the pool opens at 9am, it was 11:30 am and still wasn't open, they were still cleaning it. The hotel is charging extra for parking
