Spacious Farmer's Porch and close to Forest Beach!! Cozy 4BR (Queen, King, 4 Twins) 1.5 Bath in South Chatham! Grab the bikes and ride down to the beach for the day. After a day in the surf and sun, enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower to rinse away the salt and sand. Let the kids play in the huge yard while you relax on the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee or a cool drink later in the day on the farmers porch with a good book! Parking for 3 cars in driveway only. Please note the Dutch style stairs to the 2nd floor are steep, and the ceiling is lower on the 2nd floor as well. Bring the family dog too, as this property is dog friendly (maximum 2 dogs, please $150 fee will be added to the lease).
