The property was ok, but the rooms could use some updating. The power outlets were extremely loose. The main desk and cleaning staff were okay, but I gave a poor rating because we had an inappropriate experience with one staff member. We were staying for a week and a hotel staff member knocked on our door and before I could get up and answer the door they barged in. This staff member asked if we were checking out the next day, but we were only three days into our week stay. He stated the hotel was experiencing system problems. This really is no excuse for invading your guest’s privacy. We made sure to lock and latch the door after this event.

2 night stay - just Ok.

For a room that costs $257 a night, in a King-size room with a tiny bathroom and no breakfast included, we're a little disappointed. The convenience of stores in this location is all that they can brag about. They should consider putting in a carport while you're trying to unload/load your car and not get drenched. The handicap push buttons are broken at the exit doors and are extremely hard to push open.

I am not a fan of the rooms not being cleaned daily. While I thought the rooms were relatively clean, the 1st room we got when we walked in, the bedding was all wrinkled and disheveled looking and when I went to put my water bottles in the fridge it was filled with the previous occupants left over Chinese food and made the room smell awful. I called the front desk and my room was switched immediately. I didnt let it effect my stay but I have to wonder, when the maids are cleaning the rooms, their job is to actually clean the room, isnt there a protocol, a check list, it doesnt instil a lot of faith that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned in between each visit.

This was a good place for us to stay one day prior to flying from Logan. It is situated in an active urban area but is quiet and well lit at night. I would rather stay here than anything closer to Logan - I know most of the options. I would recommend that the exterior doors be tuned not to slam so hard since (although my room wasn't near them). I would think that the loud slam would be annoying for someone sleeping in a room near the doorway.

Mixed bag

Pluses were the location, nice landscaping and building style, size, cleanliness, microwave and small frig, and bed comfort. Negatives were pay parking (unusual for a place not in downtown and with plenty of parking available), pay breakfast for few choices and no lunch/dinner options in hotel, and no indoor pool. Also, with all the entrances from the parking lot, there was only one elevator for three large stories. All in all, though, we would consider staying there again.
