I enjoyed my stay at Oasis Retreat with my family. It's clean, spacious and relaxing. I'm sure it would have been even better if we came during the warm season so we could have maximized the outdoor amenities. Aaron, our contact person, was great. He constantly communicated with me from the time I booked our reservation until we checked out. He made sure that we had everything we needed and was prompt in his responses to my messages. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The host, Aaron, very obviously cared about our comfort and satisfaction. My kids loved the loft area and we all enjoyed a well heated pool and hot tub even into the middle of October! The wrap around porch and outdoor seating areas were perfect for grilling or enjoying morning coffee! There were more stairs than I was anticipating and no bedrooms on the main floor which was a bit difficult for my 75 year old mom but she managed! Overall great stay only minutes from the beach. Would recommend and would stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Oasis Retreat for our 24 year anniversary. Aaron was a great host and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed exploring the town and surrounding towns during the day and coming back to the house to swim in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

I was kind of bummed about the one bedroom, it has a sleeper sofa in it so we had to share a bedroom with another couple. The listings should have said that. It’s technically a 4 bedroom house. The loft should not be included as a bedroom room maybe a bonus room. Over all everything was great, and the host was great.

The home was in a nice location from downtown South Haven. It was advertised as a 6 bedroom home, but really only had 3 bedrooms in the main house. In one bedroom there was a sofa bed which the owner said counted as another bedroom. A fifth bedroom was actually a small loft which had no storage for clothes and was so small only a child could use it. The sixth bedroom was detached from the house as a separate stand alone room! We could not use it during our stay because the plumbing was not working in that room. We were not advised of that until we arrived for our stay.There was a nice pool, hot tube, fire pit and ping pong table outside for our use! There was also an outdoor covered bar near the pool, which we did not use because of lack of cleanliness. There was also a barbeque grill on the homes wrap around deck which when used caught fired because of a build up of grease which had not be disposed of or cleaned. The grill was ruined but the owner did replace it the next day.Silverware, dish ware, pots and pans all could have been cleaner as we found some that clearly had not gone through a dishwashing process.This rental has good potential but accurate descriptions, upkeep and cleanliness must be addressed.

Short getaway

My family of 6 stayed here for a few days at the end of December. The house is just like the pictures. We enjoyed it and definitely want to come back during the summer ( want to try the pool haha). Plenty of space for everyone! We got to enjoy the awesome hot tub during are chilly stay. Absolutely a plsce worth visiting more than once.

Great girls weekend!

The house was awesome. Our only surprise was the 4th bed room was very small and hard to get to. The host, Aaron, responded quickly to any questions. He was very kind. South Haven is such a cute little town.
