Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was absolutely perfect - close to town, shops, the beach, and great restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and with great amenities - the beds were so comfy! Paige was a great host and proactive on communications. Recommend highly for anyone looking for a great place to stay in South Kingstown.

It was great but I want to stay somewhere else in Rhode Island next to the beach

Everything was perfect, from checkin to checkout. Room was ready for early checkin and was clean and even smelled nice.

Really pretty hotel with comfy rooms, lovely to grab a glass of wine or two and sit on the patio or in one of the inside sitting areas. Convenient to local spots including the beach and town.

OMG what an amazing house!! So as you pull down the right side of the driveway all you see is beach and the house. And that’s just the beginning. When you walk up the stairs to the deck you realize the pictures do not even come close to the gorgeous views. The deck runs the length of the whole house and there is a sitting area at the far end. There are plenty of chairs along the way to sit and relax plus several loungers and then when you hit the corner of the house there is a sectional sofa. When you walk in the front door it’s right into a fully equipped kitchen with seating for four at the island and six at the nearby table. So yes the place has AC but you don’t need it. There is “old fashion” AC at each of the doors….a rock to place at the door after you open the door. And once you open all the doors and use the rocks you’ll get the most amazing ocean breeze to keep the place cool. And we were there a couple of weeks ago when there was a severe heat index warning but it was always cool in the house. There’s a dining room for 6 more people and a wet bar/butlers kitchen that leads into the family room. Upstairs there were four bedrooms two of which had a balcony and chairs. More than enough bathrooms and don’t forget the outdoor shower under the house. Full sized washer and dryer for you to keep the swim suits fresh. The managers were proactive in communication and when we had a question they responded pretty much immediately. Do not even hesitate to stay!!

Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!
