Also available for Ski Lease. 3 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, 20 Minutes to Sierra at Tahoe and 40 minutes to Kirkwood. Private Hot Tub Fully fenced back yard, and pet friendly. For summer guests Private boat dock . Walk to the HOA beach, pools, snack bar, playground. Fee $50.00 per stay for all ammenities.
In winter, We have easy access, and central to many Local Ski Resorts. Snow removal included. Sleds and cross country skis at the home to enjoy. For summer guests.
We have a double kayakand paddle board to enjoy a paddle out to all the nearby beaches. This home is located in the Heart of South Lake Tahoe, and comes with all the ammenities of the Tahoe Keys.
