Enjoy being only four miles from the lake, slopes, shops, and nightlife.

This home cannot host more than 8 people over the age of 5. This is the maximum occupancy 24/7 during the duration of your stay.

This home is only minutes away from the beautiful walking path at Cold Creek Trail. Take Sutter Trail and make a right. Hand another right on Black Bart Ave and once you see the creek you’ll find a service road where you can park.

Heavenly Pines Place, has that cozy Tahoe cabin feel but with no expense spared luxury!
With two separate dining and living space, there are many places for the family to gather and relax.
The first living room has an HDTV, shuffleboard table, seating for four on the oversized sofas, and a classic arcade game. Also on the ground floor is the second living space with a stone-encased gas fireplace, large HDTV, and comfortable seating for six. This second living space is open to the breakfast nook, kitchen, and has access to the magical backyard.

The chef of the group will absolutely love this kitchen! With ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a large french door freezer and an electric range it makes cooking a delight. When your meal is hot and ready to be served, the large dining table is just steps away with seating for eight.

If you prefer to dine al fresco this backyard is perfect. The large deck boasts two dining tables, a bar area, built-in benches, a gas BBQ, and a hot tub. This outdoor oasis will make it hard to go back inside. The yard is also fenced so the kids can run around and have a blast.

When it’s time for sleep, you’re sure to rest easy in one of the four comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs and have an HDTV. If you did the work to find this rental be sure to snag the master bedroom! The bay windows let in incredible natural light and the ensuite bathroom is truly spa-worthy with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. All other bedrooms share the upstairs hallway bathroom with a single sink and shower/tub combo

The house is very nice but needs some TLC. The window shades are old/dirty looking and don’t all work so, difficult to let light in. The back door is super hard to open & makes you avoid the beautiful back yard & hot tub. There are plenty of rooms and the kitchen was excellent. Not all TV’s & remotes worked, but reception was great on the one that did. RNR was very responsive when contacted. Great location. Great for walks.

Great house and yard but with some challenges. The house was very clean and kitchen was generously stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat for 8 guests. Game room and living spaces are awesome. Master bedroom is spacious and beautiful. The yard is big and very nice to hang out and eat there. The location of the house is amazing as it is a close driving distance to town and walking/biking distance to a great trailhead. The challenges were that despite having AC and stand alone fans, the upstairs of the house was very warm at night during our Summer time stay. Also, the BBQ was not clean but the rental agency was quick to swing by and clean it for us. The hot tub was also not very clean. Also, the backyard deck could use a little maintenance as some of the screws are backing out.

Annual ski vacation trip

We have rented a lot of cabins over the years. This cabin was amazing. There’s always been things not working in other places we’ve rented. Everything worked, the spa and the barbecue were clean and working perfectly. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen was the best stocked we’ve been in yet. One of our group is a chef and he was very happy. We hope it’s available for us to rent again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Pines! The house was perfect for our needs, kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the hiking trails nearby. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub and the bbq was fantastic. A great stay for us and our adult children and spouses. We even got to see a bear our last morning. Relaxing Family Getaway

The house was awesome for our family of 6! Plenty of space and so clean! Nice family room and game room with an open concept if cooking. The bedrooms were so comfortable we plan on buying duvets similar to the ones on all the beds. The backyard was fun for all ages with outdoor seating, bbq, hot tub, and games for the kids.

Great space and location for groups!

My golf buddies stayed here for a tournament and enjoyed our stay. The location was good -- it was 12 minutes from the casinos and walking distance to the High Meadows Trail. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and using the grill. The master bed was awesome, and much better than other beds I've slept on. Some minor issues included the glass backdoor made it a pain to go in and out of the backyard (it ended up being damaged), upstairs bathroom faucets only had warm water, the rustic wood furniture wasn't very comfortable. The garage was large enough for my Tundra, but not wide enough for 2 large vehicles.

Our stay at this property was perfect for our group of 7 adult women. The management team was very organized, and prompt with responses. They had a guide book to the house in the foyer and other helpful signs and tips for vacationing in the area, as well as fresh towels in each room and hand soap each bathroom. If I needed anything I could reach them via text as well which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.
