AC unit did not cool. Toilet was clogged the whole time, we had to use the restroom when we were away. Bedding was dirty and needed to be replaced. No towels in the hotel at check in. The floors in the hotel room were filthy!

Down and out on the Island

Desk clerk knocking on my door at 10:30 at night to correct an error that the earlier clerk had done, phone in room did not work, safe broken, no hand towels, coffee maker dirty and no cups or plastic glasses, every surface dirty, don’t stay here!

Really bad service start to finish. I had to wait 3 hours for my room to be ready when I attempted to check in at 3:00pm. Desk clerks made promises that were not kept. 1 towel was in room when ai finally got into room. Key card gave out after 24 hours.

If there was room service we didn't get any. I have stayed at many hotels from regular places in cities to mountain and coastal areas. First look our room was ran down shower dirty and rusty, room dirty, air vents rusting out and falling off the ceiling. Our ac was broke and took 2 different front desk ladies(one really nice and the other should be fired) atleast 3 maintenence people and from 7 am to 9pm to be fixed, and thats after spending the first night with it hot waiting for it to cool down. (86°F in our room at night July in Texas. Pretty hot.) I never do these reviews on anything but this place made me so mad just from the crappy customer service from the one front desk lady, to the maintenence man that didn't do anything but drop the thermostat (like we didnt try that) to spending 29 hours with no AC in a hotel that could've just gave us another room. I decided to do the review. I will never be visiting this hotel ever again or any other super 8 since this is the kind of customer service corporate is ok with.

The tv didn’t show anything but a blue screen, the ac barely blew any air and it wasn’t cold in that room. It looks like they know about that ac being on its way out and they are just letting it be that way.

Got to hotel at 3 something waiting time to check in my turn one room was ready the other one NO told me I had to wait I called around 7 my room was ready got to hotel front desk gave me key, key didn’t open my room went downstairs another key same thing they changed my room when I noticed they gave my a room that had been given to one of my friend already. Room had only 2 towels when you are receiving room for 4 people

Check in lady was not super kind and seemed annoyed with me. Only gave 1 room and key and I went to get another one and that one didn’t work. Bedding was non existent. There was a sheet that had black stains, and then a really thin comforter that isn’t washed (I am fairly positive these don’t get washed, as I saw a bed stripped down through one of the windows and the comforter was resting on the dresser) Floor was filthy as was the bathtub/shower. The neighboring guest was smoking illegal substances all day/night and made our room stink. Spend the extra money to stay elsewhere, this is not worth it.
