I enjoyed the Ibis very much. the location was perfect and the staff wonderful. I appreciated them storing our luggage and the bar and restaurant was excellent!

We had a very humid night and although we did know there was no A/C when we booked, it was a little hot for sleeping. They did provide a fan in the room to help.

Will never book an Ibis again!

Really disappointed in this hotel. Stayed one night in room 103. Huge stain on carpet in room, chipped furniture, dust round skirtings , splashes of goodness knows what on door of bathroom. So hot in room - although a fan was provided. We have stayed in Ibis hotels before and they have always been nice hence the reason we chose this one but never again. Didn’t complain although should’ve done! Honestly check out this room and give us a refund!

No air conditioning proved to be an issue when they had unseasonably warm weather and the rooms were very warm and fan was not adequate to cool room for sleeping Very good location for cruise, however. Easily walkable to port and restaurants for dinner

It was July and there is no AC, seriously uncomfortable. But, besides that everything was good. Close to the port if you're going on a cruise. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a large mall.
