Bathrooms are dated and just not clean. No staff available. Pillow was clean but stained with blood. Shower door install backwards. Faucets not attached to sink. Shower controls loose.Mixing valve not working very dangerous. Open the shower door it turns the water off.

Tiny TV but no remote, so could not use. Shower took over 5 mins to get hot, but then had to hold it, as the wall holder was broken. Room was like a shoe box. No sound proofing, had some guy talking till pst midnight, and could hear every word (it was a very boring conversation). Found the electronic door entry system, hard to use.

The room was not cleaned. Dirty tea cup on table and stirrer on floor, dirty bedlinen.

if you like staying in places that have corridors stinking of cigarette smoke, paper thin walls, mould on the bathroom ceiling, unhoovered carpets, a kettle on the floor, noisy occupants at all hours, the most uncomfortable mattress that ever existed and being locked out because the door handle was broken, then this is the perfect place for you to stay. Oh and the emergency number? We left a message about being locked out at 12am last night, left at 9am, door handle was still broken, and no one has called to check why we called. Never again.

Worst room ever

Bed is broken, nails out and hurt my wife. Mid-night was someone smoke weed, boiler keep dripping whole night. And the room is totally not match the pics on app, totally a SCAM. Not worth a penny.

I booked this property on Saturday looking to check in Saturday night. Due to an unmanned/ no front desk- they asked me to organise my checkin 24 hours my booking..... how can I do that when I booked it on the same day? Left me stranded in the cold and forced to book a much more expensive place. Do not book here as they'll take your money and provide terrible support- they haven't responded nor refunded my booking yet. Expedia were just as bad with the support. They just tried to not submit my feedback due to "profanity, personal information or specific rooms". Unsure where I mentioned any of that. An absolute joke.

Honestly the worst stay I've been to. Didn't even hoover the floor in the room. They locks on the doors didn't work as they didn't replace the batteries and this was the majority of rooms. They didn't pick up the phone for the contact number given or respond on the app. The shared toilets had no sink or spare toilet rolls and the walls had old dried urine splatters in it. The shower was broken and light switch string snapped so you couldnt turn it on. The actual shower had dirt and scum all over as well as damp on the ceiling. This however did have a sink but not soap or a hand towel. The furniture in the room was falling apart and it generally smelt of a combination of weed and stale cigarettes

Couldn't stay as there was no key provided!

I was unable to access the room because, the key lock outside the room the hotel emailed me with the details for was empty! I was unable to contact either the property or Hotels com so was left stranded after 11pm at night and had to book another hotel.
