The Space:

Welcome to Azur East, our bed & breakfast in Southampton!



We are located approximately 2 miles from Copper’s Beach (about a 14-minute bike ride), 2 miles from Southampton Village, and 2 miles from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, offering convenient access to some of the area’s most popular destinations.



Each en-suite guest room is designed for year-round comfort, with bedding and linens that change seasonally. In the winter, rooms feature darker Ralph Lauren fabrics to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. During the warmer months, they are styled with linen and cotton in soft earth tones to provide a cool, calm, and relaxing summer setting.



All guest rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided. If you’ve forgotten anything, we’re happy to assist.



Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor shared amenities. On the first floor, you’ll find a coffee bar, a lounge with a massage chair, and additional seating. A business center in the family office is available upon request. The second floor includes a shared kitchenette and laundry facilities. Guests may use the machines themselves or request laundry service for an additional fee.



Amenities include a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, as well as bicycles, scooters, and a variety of indoor and outdoor games.



During the summer, complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available during off-peak hours from the Hampton Jitney and Southampton Train Station with at least 24 hours’ notice.



Rides are available daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM to Southampton Town, the beach, or Shinnecock Golf. Each guest is offered one complimentary round-trip ride per day to either the village, the beach, or the golf course. A driver is available on-site. Guests may also choose to bike for a more flexible, self-paced way to get around.



Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and includes a selection of locally sourced items such as fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, granola, local honey and berries, fresh farm eggs, baked goods, and our signature coffee.



This is a shared property designed to provide a quiet, comfortable stay with convenient access to the surrounding area.

Smoking or vaping is permitted outside only; away from the house and provided it is not near or otherwise disturbing other guests.

No smoking or vaping in the gym, bedroom, pool or common areas inside the home or ancillary structure.
