Compare Ski Hotels in Southeast Alaska

Had issues with room. Spit alls in the bathroom woke up to bites all over me. Reported the issue to the front desk in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me she did and said she would refund me and said she had pest control check and found no signs of bed bugs. I don't believe her at all. Never received a refund from here called the hotel and she acted like she didn't know me. I have left two messages with no call back.originally booked through Expedia and they couldn't help because I paid at the hotel. Avoid this place. Pay for a better hotel and save yourself the headache.

Didn’t like that they quit shuttling guest to the hospital. Staff was very friendly

Friendly Staff. Good location

The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the amenities were fine. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrobes instead of just one, but we got by ok. We ate in both the pub and diner and had really good food and service in both places. We enjoyed our overnight stop in beautiful Ketchikan very much! The trick to enjoying coastal Alaska (like anywhere worth seeing) is to not look too closely at prices.

So enjoyed the staff. The facility and food superior.

This is a very clean hotel and the staff is friendly. I stayed on the top floor and it was quiet and safe. It is also walkable to multiple shops and restaurants.
