Bel hotel mais personnel decevant

Accueil decevant et desagreable. Apres 10 mins dattente a la reception, nous avons du aller chercher nous meme le receptioniste dans la cuisine. Celui-ci nous a ensuite critique d'etre passe par Hotels.com, nous indiquant que nous avions paye le double, en se moquant de nous. Il nous a ensuite demande a quelle heure nous voulions prendre le petit dejeuner sans preciser qu'il fallait que nous payions en plus! Meme probleme au check-out, personne a la reception et une attitude plutot desagreable.

Service et accueil remarquable

Très bel hotel avec des extérieurs très soigné (Parc, piscine, batiments). Accueil très chaleureux (conseils, sourire, explication) sans en faire trop. Dans la partie 3 étoiles, notre chambre était confortable bien qu'un peu vétuste en terme de décoration et de literie. Salle de bain OK. Diner classique et cuisine juste qui mériterait éventuellement un touche d'originalité supplémentaire. Bon Vins. Bon petit déjeuner. Service impécable et attentionné (nous aovns oublier quelque chose et nous avons été appelé par l'hotel pour nous le signaler). Bon rapport qualité/ prix

Nous avons dormi deux nuits avec une toile d'araignée au dessus de la tête du lit. Nous avons dormi avec le bruit du compresseur du réfrigérateur qui se mettait en route toute les heures. Nous pensons qu'une chambre avec vue sur un parking, alors que le site internet de réservation montre un beau parc, ne mérite pas le prix que nous avons payé. Par contre nous avons diné, et là, nous avons trouvé la qualité au niveau de l'établissement, tant sur l'aspect gastronomique que service

Französische Verhältnisse

Die Lage ist etwas Abseits der Autobahn. Die parallel verlaufende Bundesstrasse hört man in den Zi. nicht. Das ganze Hotel ist Renov.-bedürftig. Menü am Abend war hervorragend, gehobene Preise.
