Everything was wonderful!! Breakfast was tasty. Our room was great!! Pool area was clean and a ton of fun!!

No issues outside. We engaged a suite, and found two rooms, sparsely furnished. TV's in each room, neither powererd on with remote, manually done. 1 chair total. The room was very clean.

The location, room & breakfast were excellent. The staff who checked us in were welcoming & helpful. Having an EV charger on-site would have been very convenient. Unfortunately, the receptionist on the night shift, whose duty ended at 7:30 a.m., spoiled our morning & negatively impacted the rest of our road trip. She was rude, became defensive during the interaction, & seemed unwilling to handle the situation professionally when I questioned her statement & asked for the manager’s name. That experience is the reason for the lost star.

Our room smelled like a decades old musty bookstore, and that made it feel dirty. I can deal with outdated rooms, but it smelled gross. The check in was perfect, and the mother's day banquet was beautiful.
