Brand new hotel near the airport. Loved the room design and layout, very comfy bed and nice decor. We had dinner at the restaurant, the food was great but not a ton of coices- but we would go back.

It was a nice place with very kind and friendly staff. I would recommend it and stay there again. Stay on the top floor tho, you won’t hear footsteps on the ceiling then :-)

Very nice hotel, with a few issues

It was a clean, comfortable Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. I only had 2 things that I found objectionable: The room needs brighter lighting. It just was a bit too dark in the evening. The second thing was the hotel webpage says Spokane International Airport is only 1 mile away. The problem with that statement is that it is 1 mile away, but the reality is that it is a mile away from the BACK of the airport. The terminal and rental car drop off location is about 4 miles away in a long roundabout circle to get to. I told the front staff that I believed it was deceptive to say that it was only a mile away. The staff member shrugged and just said something like "I didn't write that description for the website." I told the staff member I understood it came from corporate, and it wasn't the fault of the staff member . I had no issue with the staff member about it.I had a VERY early flight out of the airport in the morning, and this is why I chose this particular hotel. My overall stay was good, accept for these two issues. I did want other potential guests to realize these things to consider before staying here.
