I stayed for a month as I was transitioning to a new job. Jake was a great host, very responsive. The price was low and therefore attractive. The neighborhood however was a bit sketchy. I never felt unsafe but wouldn’t rent there again. The unit is heated by 2 space heaters, one in the main room, the other via a wall unit in the bedroom. It was effectively warm but the plug in unit in the main room was a bit loud. A large air conditioner was also available but didn’t need it in the middle of January.

Cozy downtown loft

The location and flow this listing provides cannot be beat. The team is very attentive and super nice. We would definitely recommend travelers to stay here in the future.

Thanks Jake! The property is very comfortable.

The apartment is generously appointed and clean, I slept well, despite having broken an arm in glacier national Park two days ago. I didn’t read the details well enough about where the keypad to the main entrance was but a kind resident helped me out. As is the plague of most cities, there is a homeless population that is on the corner A bit unnerving. Others helped me shuttle my luggage to the door of the building all the best.

Close to Everything

Once we figured out the door code keypad, it was all good. Location in a quiet area near all local downtown attractions. Building felt safe. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We chose this unit mainly for its proximity to the conference center and local restaurants. Good price good value. Host was very responsive.

NCAA Tournament Accommodation

This was a perfect location to stay while attending this event at Veterans Arena. Walk to the facility in 10 minutes and very convenient to downtown restaurants and coffee houses. Very clean, comfortable and affordable.
