Great location, very easy to explore downtown Spokane from here and the universities. Staff friendly, hotel clean. Had our free drink every night and breakfast which had a lot of choices. Ordered food at the bar one night, it was delicious. Had a great time here.

Great staff easy check in process, mini store was convenient, nice amenities, clean and safe area to stay at. Everything was great, only negatives was wish they had better toilet paper and wish the balcony was spraying for bugs as there was many spiders and other critters. Great views. Ps hot tub needs more bubbles.

Overall our stay was fine. The room was clean and the staff very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was fun (but very cold). Our only complaint was the room felt dated. The pocket doors were noisy and nearly impossible to slide. The mattress on the pullout bed was horrible, my toddler even complained it was so uncomfortable and the bedding provided for it was sparse.

We absolutely love this property. It’s not the newest or fanciest hotel in Spokane, but it is consistently clean and has outstanding service. We get the balcony suite every time and it’s absolutely worth it. The staff are very accommodating and have been with this place for years. That says something. Easy walk to downtown, I’ve never felt unsafe. Highly recommended.
