Great place for families

This was our 2nd stay at the Ramada and it was just as good as we remember! Our favorites are the spacious rooms, water pressure in the shower, the comfy beds and fantastic pillows, the extensive breakfast, and the wonderful front desk!

Part was good and the end was terrible.

My stay at the hotel was fine, but when I arrived back to Spokane after a long flight from Savannah to Spokane, I had a hard time getting someone from the Ramada to pick me up. I left my car at the Ramada and was told to call the hotel when I arrived back in Spokane. After I retrieved my luggage, I call the hotel. It was cold outside, and I waited and waited. After 20 minutes or so, I called AGAIN. This time I waited inside the airport. I waited 35 minutes total, and I ended up walking back to the hotel, which I had two heavy bags with me. I'm 82 years old with a bad hip, and for the next 4 days, I couldn't put any weight on my leg. This is actually the 2nd time I've had to wait a long time for the shuttle. That time there was snow on the ground and dark, so there was no way I could walk. While I was waiting, there were all kinds of shuttles from various hotels picking up their customers. I always stay at the Ramada when I travel, and I suggest that during the day they have someone who can drive to the airport to pick up travelers.

Surprising remodeled gem across from GEG

We avoided this property for a long time because it looks old, but now we will always stay here! We had to get the cheapest place this time, across the sidewalk from the airport, and we’re so happy we finally stayed here… my husband said it is a “no-brainer.” Yes, it was built a long time ago, but it is completely remodeled. They even offer a grab-n-go breakfast for flights as early as 3:00AM, and a shuttle for the farthest terminal or if you have extra luggage. Very cozy, big TVs, and large rooms. The beds are awesome too. We have gotten picky over the years, but the rooms here are a nice surprise 😊

I came to the lobby at 03:45 am for a shuttle to the airport. I was informed by the desk person that the shuttle driver hadn't shown up for work. I asked how I was supposed to get myself and my luggage to the terminal. She didn't know. I asked her to call an Uber. She didn't know how. Even though it is not too far to the terminal, I am 77 years old, disabled and need wheelchair assistance. I had to walk and drag my luggage. I made it but with a lot of pain and I am still suffering the effects today. That was inexcusable. I want a full refund and I doubt that I will ever stay there again.
