Excellent downtown location

This loft apartment is in downtown Spokane, and if you are looking for a place downtown, this is a great option. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, the river, and other downtown locations. That said, it’s also on a pretty gritty street. Everything about the apartment is as shown in the photos and descriptions. It is well set up, has great bathrooms, mattresses, heat, and a nice kitchen. It was also very quiet, considering the location. Communication, and check-in all went very well. The only downside, is that secure parking is several blocks away, which is not always super convenient. The parking was also fairly expensive. All in all, I would recommend this place highly..

Great property, super clean, accurate description. The bedding and beds were excellent. While the area outside our unit was sketchy, we felt safe parking our car at the Davenport and walking in the area.

The loft was great, clean, high end appliances and finishes all kept in immaculate condition. The area in which the property was in Spokane was very dirty much like the rest of the downtown area. There were also people injecting needles on the street just a hundred feet down the street. The property was secure but I wouldn’t recommend the area.

Property is in a great location in downtown Spokane. Walkable to just about anywhere. Being smack in the middle of downtown made it a little noisy at night, but the host offered sound machines to drown it out. Some homeless people in the area, but my family never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Appartment

Beautiful, hi-end appartment with everything you need during your stay. We were there for a volleyball tournament and walked everywhere. I sure do wish Spokane would do something about the loitering and homeless but I felt completely safe and comfortable in the appartment. We had a great stay!

Owners are great.

This stay is not what we expected due to me being unfamiliar with downtown Spokane. We did not stay due to feeling unsafe and other things, but the owner was great and refunded us some of our money right away. I feel back not leaving total positives because it is not the owners fault, it is just the area. The loft was super cute and once inside it would be fine if others were following the rules.

It was great to be walking distance to everything downtown. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. It is in a part of town that had lots of unfortunate individuals but we travelled in a group and never had a problem.

Four renovated rentals in a secure downtown building. Digital entry eliminates key loss. Two bedrooms two bathrooms clean and quiet. Convenient to the Satellite Diner for late night food and drink.

Hip Loft Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the renovated loft rooms called Lilac3. Very comfortable and roomy beds, stylish fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen and a location close to everything downtown. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen had a full complement of cooking tools. Very pleasant experience!!!
