All the property is located in the center of Umbria, only 8 Km from Spoleto and few Km also from Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Bevagna. Sourrounded by 1 hectar of fenced garden, this partment is composed by a large living room with fireplace, kitchen with cafe machines, fridge, oven and dishes. A large double bed with a canopy bed in one room with 1 bathroom,, and another room with one double bed and 1 single bed and another bathroom, olives trees view.
Surrounded by lovely vineyards, olive trees and Umbrian hills, every morning is served, in the ancient winery rooms, breakfast with all homemade products.
