Great restaurants on site, very close to shopping and nearby restaurants as well. Loved the spa and pool! Nice to relax in, after hiking. Easy walking distance to everything.

Liked: Staff & service
Room was quite worn as well as building - not pictured as online. Room smelled off on entering. General building noise was loud for guests coming and going. General common areas in main building seemed in better shape.
The only comment I have is that tv channels could be better. Some channels do not even have sound or volume given your inn is paying for cable service, I think that this should be brought up with the cable company. Other than that it has been a wonderful stay! Thank you
This was my second time in this hotel and the first time I had stayed in the main building but this time I was on building #4.
I love the pool and hot tubs area with very nice bathrooms.
Their breakfast is fantastic and its priced separately.
There are two restaurants which make it very convenient at the end of the day especially because the dining options are scarce.
Their bedrooms can use a renovation, especially the curtains and the bathrooms.
The room was cozy and clean, the location was convenient, the food was very tasty and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.!!

Liked: Amenities
The legend restaurant in the hotel is upscale, the shuttle to the Moraine lake is so convenient.
This week I stayed in several similarly priced motels in Banff, Jasper and Lake Louise. This one was the worst. All others have free coffee/water in lobby, some even offer fruits and/or cookies. This one has nothing at all. And it is the only one charging "resort fee". What a joke. Room is very small and old. The biggest issue is that there is not ventilation in the bathroom. It is stinky and wet.
Not a good place to stay and enjoy in lake Louise. Not recommended at all.

Had to pay for an upgrade, do not book a standard double in block 4 - the rooms are so old & dated I was really shocked at how such a good hotel could even allow guests to pay so much for such tiny horrible rooms
We really liked our one bed condo loft at Lake Louise and it worked pretty well for our group of seven which spanned three generations. The room was clean and comfortable and our kids loved the bunkbed. We did use the pool facility. This was lots of fun. We were very pleased to make use of the on-site laundry facilities for a mid vacation clothes refresh. We did go to Lake Louise around 9:30 PM the night we arrived. We were easily able to park for free in the lake Louise parking lot and see the beautiful lake with only three or four people around us and we got some great sunset photos overall, I highly recommend the lake Louise in The staff friendly and there are lovely amenities in the hotel
Disgusting, way over priced, 1/2 roll of TP for 3 people and 2 nights, $2,000. Worst place we have ever stayed in especially for the OUTRAGEOUS PRICE. Don’t do it!!!
“Great location near Lake Louise with beautiful mountain views. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Hot tub and pool were perfect after hiking. Rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained. Would stay again!”
