My girlfriend and I had another amazing stay! This property has had a spiritual and uplifting impact on the both of us. There is something special about this place and you can definitely feel the positive energy. Sara is a fantastic host and cares tremendously about her guests. We will be back!

Our stay at this amazing cottage was picture-perfect! Firstly, the responses by the hosts, Christina and Preban, were very much appreciated - responses to our questions were quick and so detailed! I had no doubt what to expect and we were able to plan for a wonderful vacation. The property was in excellent condition, inside and out. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the hot tub which was well-maintained and we did our job to continue to apply the necessary chemicals. We really appreciated the bug screen on the gazebo (bugs in May can be overwhelming but as regular campers, we were not discouraged to enjoy the outdoors). The dock was an amazing place to enjoy the hot weather (and some recreational fishing) and the kayaks were in excellent condition. The firepit was well-equipped with great seating and gave us an opportunity to enjoy the cottage nightlife outdoors. The cottage was stocked with everything you would commonly need, inside and out, for a stress-free stay. The TV streaming was not used much because the weather was so perfect but having the choice for a rainy/cold day would be nice. Internet wifi was very strong everywhere on the property. We have already told many friends and family about the place and look forward to the next opportunity to stay and bring some additional guests with us and use the loft. What an absolutely beautiful place. My wife and I spent an extended weekend for our anniversary to get away and relax. My wife loves to cook, and this kitchen was so well thought out, it had everything she needed. The only thing to note was that if you are a light sleeper and sleep in the bedroom on the main floor, the heat pump may wake you up when it kicks on. We wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back maybe in the fall or again next winter.

Amazing location and coziest wooden cabin. The cast iron stove kept us toasty and warm. Markus and Burgi were great hosts! We did a improvised winter canoe trip and got to see a family of otters! In a nutshell: it was all and more we wanted for a getaway weekend.

This was our second stay at Rose Cabin. We love it here. The cabin is immaculate and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The leaves in the fall are stunning in late September/October. The weather was great to go for a boat ride, fishing, walk in the woods, sit on the deck or the dock. A peaceful holiday. We highly recommend staying here!
