Canal home with direct Weeki Wachee River access just a 5 minute paddle. Bring your boat, you can launch it from Rogers Park just 0.5 a mile away. No boat? No problem, we include a complementary 12 ft Jon boat with a trolling motor! Must be born prior to Jan 1, 1988 or have passed a safety boating course to operate vessels with motors. Home has access to the gulf so you can enjoy the best of both worlds, whether you decide to enjoy the river or fish, why choose? You can do it both! We provide kayaks, a pedal boat, and a canoe with a trolling motor (located in the closet). The motorized boats require the signing of a waiver and card info for incidentals. Take a dip in the hot tub after a relaxing day paddling through the amazing Weeki Wachee River! Gather around the fire pit with a drink in your hand! This home is completely updated! It boasts modern flooring, finishes and furniture! Please note the tub in the bathroom is NOT jetted. It’s a reg tub. Pine Island & Weeki Wachee State park is just a short drive away! Thinking about going to the parks? No problem, the home is 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, 1h45mins from Orlando and Disney World. Also, only 1hour from Clearwater

The property was great if you wanted to spend family time on the water, cooking hot tub boat and kayaks. Neighbors are nice as well. Great communication with the owners. Would definitely get this property again.

Very enjoyable week. It was cold this week but having a hot tub (and it was hot not warm) was very welcomed each night. Also the patio has a gas fire that was wonderful. Again because of weather it was a nice end to each evening. Without these two perks we would have been stuck indoors. The WiFi was very fast and reliable. The WiFi info is on back of modem. Everything was as stated in the description but please know based on picture of a jetted tub and description saying jetted tub it is not a working one. Apparently VRBO messed up and it is being corrected. But it is still a nice deep tub for soaking for those who enjoy baths😊 Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Great house

House was nice, we loved the layout and it was mostly clean. We used the kayaks but not the canoe or boat. The house had febreeze plug ins in a few of the rooms and it was overwhelmingly strong. We had to unplug them during our stay. I have allergic rhinitis and thankfully that didn’t make me sick. The hot tub wouldn’t warm up past 85 degrees so we weren’t able to use it with it being so cold out during our stay. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!

Great location just a short paddle to the main Weeki Watchee River. Used her provided canoe and trolling motor and went upriver with our grandchildren. Saw many manatee and dolphin. The place was clean and comfortable. Had a great few days here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Direct canal access

Perfect location. We were able to do activities off property & then kayak/canoe at our leisure when we got home. Weeki Wachee park is very close. We also did a guided snorkel with manatees. Every time we went on the canals, we saw manatees also. It was great!
