9/27/25..Reservation confirmed 10/7/25..Email..keys to your trip received10/10/25..Called host to state we hadn’t received process to enter the property and was told it wasn’t 4:00 p.m. yet10/10/25..Arrived at 9:30 p.m. to find the property occupied. Was told by the occupants that they had extended their stay and showed us the text. Spent 1 hour on the phone with the host to which he stated our reservation showed “pending”. We then proceeded to a nearby hotel.
