Check in was smooth, even after we arrived fairly late they upgraded our room and gave my kids a choice of stuffed animals to pick from. A wonderful experience even when we’re were there only for a quick overnight stay for a flight the next day.

These rooms are luscious, the room service is always so good, the staff is always absolutely amazing. I love having this be my entry and exit to flights. I tried their spa today too, it was absolutely fantastic.

The towels and bathrobes were so worn out and rough like sandpaper I’ve stayed at the hotel easily over 100 times and can’t believe they would allow their towels etc to be presented. Always they have been so fluffy and appear almost brand new for nearly 500.00 a night I expected what I’ve always experienced and in Nov 25 it was the same but I didn’t mention. Fairmont spend some money on towels and such if I wanted sandpaper towels I’d stay at a 2 star hotel. Disgusted
