Not bad for the money

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent. Something for everyone. Yhis hotel however does need some tcl in spots.

It was nice to have a working pool with fabulous hours. Disappointed when we called front desk about the ceiling alarm sporadically going off in our room and being told maintenance has gone home for the night and there is nothing they can do. Told we can take the battery out of the smoke detector ourselves. Did not seem to us as a safe solution as we felt there should be a working smoke detector in our room before we went to bed that night. No other room was offered either.

July 2025 - we stayed here on our way to go to the East Coast. The room was nice - as expected and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good for those without any dietary restrictions. There were limited gluten free/dairy free options (eggs also had dairy in them). No elevator and our room was on the second floor - we had a lot to carry up.

The door for our room was proped open when we got up to our room, there was no workers around. Our room stuck like cigarettes and when we went down to the desk told them we weren't going to they didn't even ask why all they said was oh im sorry and that they coukdnt give us a refund because it was past the cancelation deadline.

Check in was 3:00 but our room not ready until 4:30. We were put on 2nd floor. I’m 65 with 2 small grandchildren and had to catty everything up a flight of stairs. Several trips. Will not stay here again. The pool is nice

Belle nuit calme
