House was very roomy and had a nice layout. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was enjoyable. Beach was an easy walk with beach access at the end of the road. I would suggest providing better beach chairs if people use your house primarily to enjoy the beach.

Very attentive to our needs. When things didn’t work, they had someone there within 15 minutes. When we were short of storage containers, they delivered them the next day.The beds were very comfortable.I’d encourage the cleaning team to check soap dispensers and perhaps provide tissues in the two main bathrooms?We never managed to get Youtube TV working in the second bedroom, but it was not important.The appliances and BBQ could do with updating. It would be very nice to have cold, filtered water from the fridge. Apart from these minor details, it was a wonderful stay.

The property was perfect for our family. The beach was close, but we did have to cross a street where cars drove around 45 mph. There were nice restaurants within walking distance, and the neighbors were very friendly. Proximity to St Augustine was good (15 minutes), and the Vilano beach area about 5 minutes away was very cute.

Excellent Family Vacation Location

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was a really quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. The patios outside were a great bonus to enjoy some fresh air and family time. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked really nice. We did build a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed that as well. We will for sure be back for another family trip. Weekend wedding stay

The ultimate stay

First time ever renting a home for our family and it was incredible. Beautiful home, plenty of space for all 10 of us. Beds were very comfortable, master bedroom at one of the home was beautiful. Fire pit and hot was a big plus as well. We went to the beach day and night and was only about a minute or two walk. Plenty of waves for boogie boarding for our 5 boys. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Owners were awesome!

Family Wedding Fun

My family stayed here for my son’s wedding on the beach. It was just a few minutes from the wedding venue and walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for catching up with family and taking time outs when we needed to!I will say that Pryia was probably the most responsive host I’ve ever had at a Vrbo location. She answered all my questions very quickly and worked with us to adjust arrival and departure times. Absolute pleasure to work with!

Perfect location!

We loved being so close to the beach and also to town! The home had plenty of room for five adults! The beds were super comfortable…(a high priority)…And the couch was also huge, and comfortable for everyone to sit on at the same time! The neighborhood was nice and quiet! We enjoyed coming back to the house after the great restaurants we visited! There is some construction going on one house down but, it looked like they were very close to being finished! The Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly neighborhood.The layout of the house was wonderful and is stocked with all you need for your stay. We spent early evenings on the large deck. My adult sons enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub or around the fire pit. We ate lunch at Aunt Kate's and also had dinner at the Reef - both just a block away and were delicious. The beach is a quick walk and was not crowded - which is what we prefer. St Augustine is a short drive however we spent most of our time in Vilano. If we're ever back to this part of Florida, we will definitely stay here again!sunset there. Also ate at thwaduld fire pit.

Great Beach House

We had a perfect stay. The home’s decor was very nice and it was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The management company was great as well. Perfect Selection

This property was perfect. We’ve stayed in a lot of different properties over the years and this is top of the line. The home is well situated and also well-stocked. The electronics were excellent. We recommend Aunt Kate’s for lunch or dinner - it’s only a few blocks away on the water. We would highly recommend this property a big cut above the rest.
