I know now where to stay when we are in Jacksonville...probably the quickest check in I've ever had. Staff was friendly, super clean, breakfast was great and room was various spacious...i cant think of anything that was wrong. Maybe we should have stayed longer lol.

Not worth the price!

The hotel is in need of some serious upgrades. The hotel has an unpleasant odor which is probably from the old carpet. The gym was small and extremely hot. The gym equipment needs to be upgraded. As far as the rooms again, an odor! No microwave in the room, which is very inconvenient for a 4 night stay. The let out couch was stained and the sheets on the bed were stained. Some of the towels were also stained. The shower head was terrible! Although you could adjust the shower head every setting sucked. The ice machine was not working. I wish I could have cancelled and booked at home2suites next door which looked more modern and up to date! If you want something more modern don’t stay here. I was beyond happy to check out.
