I would like to give overall rating of 4.5 stars, but the system doesn't appear setup for that. The location is good, hotel is in excellent condition, staff is friendly and helpful, the place is very clean. So, why not 5 stars? Several minor things. Minor, but they add up: - Valet parking. Valet staff is quick and friendly. But valet parking simply isn't convenient. - I don't know if it was the water, or the hand soap provided, but my hands were never this dry. Some lotion is provided, but it wasn't sufficient. - Bathroom tissue provided is better suited for fine-sanding wood, or metal. - Hotel is very quiet, but rooms lack most of the carpet, so any sound, from other rooms or outside just rings inside the room. - Rooms could use a night light Overall, I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it.

Enjoyed our visit. The hotel is in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach which also has 4WD access.

Great place to stay! Very clean and in a good location if visiting to be close to downtown without being in the very busy area. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us get the best rate for a late night check in. A late checkout is possible but it is an additional fee dependent on how late you want to stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the stay was great but the front desk rep was very rude and dismissive. She literally made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. I’m extremely proud of me. Had this been about 5 years ago the encounter would have gon completely left. Other than the Sunday morning front desk associate our stay was amazing. The rest of the staff was top tier. We hope the young lady has a better day. She was not very welcoming at all.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and the veds were comfortable. You have to valet park. It lacks the amenities that would make it 5 stars. The bathroom had only the basics. Not even a makeup mirror.

We were welcome with an unexpected $25.00 a day parking fee. That was the only way you can stay, by paying a valet. The guys were nice an attentive but that fee was a curve ball. You received an instruction sheet that tells you what can and can't do or how much xtra will it be. On our last day the front desk young lady was not very approachable (perhap she was having a bad day) But the breakfast server make the difference I got down, for breakfast at 10:20 just to nibble something quick before a long ride ahead, (after a night out,) and the lady hispanic server was so graceful to let me grab something quick, that to me is customer service, thank you ma'am.

We were not satisfied with paying for a balcony room, only to be given a room with a balcony that had a terrible view of an abandoned lot. Second negaive was the loose fruits in the breakfast we paid for were extremely rotten. The bacon was not good.
