Staff were friendly. The cleanliness. However, the prices for food and services were exuberantly overinflated. Staff’s lack of clarity of ingredients in meals. For example, I was served a meal with milk when asked for confirmation that it was a vegan meal. One staff told the definition of vegan is no rice, no bread. Extremely limited activities/entertainment.

The breakfast buffet was expensive. At this cost, Hyatt did not have all of the popular items available 40 mins before the buffet closes. Happened 90% of the time.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the wait time for orders in the restaurant is way too long. We experienced a wait time of at least 40 minutes before they began serving our food. Furthermore, the food was served in lengthy intervals: Some us were finished eating before others even got their food. Very poor service at the restaurant.

The property is beautiful. The waiter at the waterfront restaurant was very pleasant and accommodating. However, upon check-in the lady could've been nicer. Also, the carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning. It was noticeably dirty.
