Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The front desk staff named ‘Chanse’ was very helpful. He was a great ‘local guide’ for us who were out of town, helping us with night of lights, lighthouse and exploring historic district of st Augustine.

Everything was nice; employees, rooms, and the pool table and games area. But the entrance to get to the hotel, is a little tricky because of the road design, not very safe!! I didn’t find the beds too comfortable nor the pillows, but my family had no issues with them! Distance to old town was not too bad.

Everything was soo good. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The facility was very clean and new. The only thing that needs some improvement is the breakfast. The variety wasn't that good and it has little options. Overall we had very nice time!

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special mention goes to Cameron, who was extremely attentive and did not hesitate to assist us late at night with everything we needed. His helpfulness truly made a difference and added to our positive experience. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The room was very clean and pleasant , anything that I needed either soap , cups , ice or anything I needed was readily available or immediately filled per request , staff was super friendly and super knowledgeable on anything asked pertaining to the hotel or things that may be happening in the area , 24 hour snack area which sold snacks and drinks at the front desk was a definite plus not having to leave anywhere to buy snacks if only wanted to buy a couple items having a gym there was also a plus but all and all was a great stay and great experience and would decently stay again
