Great fishing from the dock or bring your boat and tie up to your private 38’ floating dock. Swim in the pool located just a short walk from the door. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated.
The great location has more than 50 restaurants and bars located within 1 mile of the condo. Just across the street there is easy access to a grocery store and the Metro Diner as seen on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Marina Munch Food trucks are just a half a mile. Easily walkable and bikeable if you don't want to drive.
Our 3 story 1120 square feet Villa offers a cozy living room with a 65 inch tv, an open kitchen and breakfast bar as well as a full bathroom all on the second floor. The 3rd floor is where the master bedroom and bathroom reside with a comfortable king bed and walk in closet. The first floor has a second bedroom nestled behind the garage along with a washer and dryer.
