Perched just above the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey and the sparkling Mevagissey Bay, this beautiful Edwardian home treats guests to gorgeous views over the sea and the village through the large bay windows and 3 garden terraces.


Enjoy everything the South Cornwall area has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby, including visits to UNESCO world heritage site Charlestown harbour, Mevagissey harbour, the Eden Project, the world famous Lost Gardens of Heligan (1 mile from the house via a scenic path), Fowey and the South West Coast Paths running past, and fabulous local Polstreath beach. It is only a short downhill stroll to the local beaches, harbour, restaurants, shops and pubs.

The design is contemporary in flavour, luxuriously furnished with pieces from local Cornish artists adorning some walls and boldly patterned wallpaper covering others. Those with musical talents will melt at the sight of the walnut Art Deco piano in the hallway.

If the weather is playing ball during your stay, you're more than welcome to cook up something on the barbecue, perhaps some seafood bought from the Mevagissey quayside.

The large open-plan kitchen-dining area is a perfect place to relax. The house offers good wi-fi internet access throughout the house and garden. The sitting room has two large sofas and 4 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8.

House Rules:
 
- 2 dogs are allowed at the property. Dog is not allowed upstairs in bedrooms or on sofa/furniture. £40 pounds per dog per stay. Please inform owner after booking for arrangement.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am
- Smoking or vaping is NOT ALLOWED in the house. 

- £100 pounds refundable damage deposit.

Parking:

- There is free private parking for 4 cars on the premise in front of the property.

- There are public electric car charging points near the house within walking distance (about 100 metres from the house).


Upstairs:
 - Bed room 1: king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin, large bay window overlooking the sea and village

- Bed room 2: king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin 

- Bed room 3: king sized bed, desk with lamp, large bay window overlooking the sea and village
 - Family bathroom: Bath tub, overhead shower, toilet, wash basin





Downstairs:

-Large open plan kitchen / dining room with TV, large bay window overlooking the sea and village
 - Living room with smart TV, 2 large sofas, books, large bay window overlooking the sea and village
 - Bed room 4: two single beds, French doors opening to the garden, smart TV and a desk with lamp suitable for studying or working from home
 - Cloakroom: toilet, wash basin
- Utility room with washer/dryer, iron and clothes drying rack

Outdoors:
 - 3 garden terraces on different levels with BBQ, tables and chairs. Overlooking the sea and village
