Compare Ski Hotels in St Croix Falls

arrived an hour early and they wanted to charge us for early check in. the room was already done and ready for occupancy. the hot tub's jets weren't working and haven't been working since our last trip. the kid argued that their website didn't claim that the hot tub had jets. oh well, we canceled our reservation that was scheduled for two weeks from then.

Ac kept running and very loud. Customer service was horrible. Not friendly or accommodating at all. Will not be back and definitely will not recommend.

Front desk staff not very welcoming. Breakfast staff is stellar!

The pool with a decent size with a hot tub. We had to ask for towels and they were only big enough for a small child. The place was clean. The rooms were nice.

Loved the pancake maker but it was malfunctioning. Everything else was stellar.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, older room not yet remodeled and tv remote missing in action, both minor issues. Would stay again and ask for one of the updated rooms shown on Expedia 🤓.
