Lack of a freezer in room. Television control not friendly. Decaf coffee could be a lot better. Breakfast was decent, but inferior to Hilton's breakfast (and in-room kitchen amenities).

Staffing was limited, and the 1 we found seemed too busy to answer questions. It was difficult to locate pool hours and gym hours from the room; bathroom wasn't the cleanest, ice machine on my floor was Out of Order. When I stay at a hotel, I want it to be nicer than staying at home and everything to be easy... this trip didn't meet that standard :(

Good value. The heater was on when we arrived to our room which was very warm. The thermostat doesn’t actually work properly and keep the temp we tried to set. I don’t think this would be a good fit for us when we visit in summer months. It gets pretty hot in St. George

Everything but the breakfast was great. The bed was really comfortable and the room was pretty quiet. I just wasn’t impressed with the breakfast choices. Very limited.

We absolutely loved this property and we enjoyed our visit. The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so helpful. During breakfast, I was waiting for my waffle and I watched an employee open a cupboard to grab some supplies and I was floored by how clean the inside of the cupboard was. It’s not something I see often but something I pay attention to. Overall, I loved my stay and will be staying in the future.

A little noisy at night being near freeway and main road through town. Very clean and in good condition. Pleasant staff. Hot breakfast was adequate, but I would have preferred orange juice (only juice available was apple - I understand that orange juice is at a premium right now) and I always like oatmeal (which was not available). Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cold cereals, bread, muffins, fruit was available.
