Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast ended pretty early for a weekend stay and they took everything away starting a few minutes before 9 which cut the breakfast even shorter. Even though people had just gotten down there at 8:50, the staff didn’t allow them to finish getting their items before 9, they took everything away super fast.

A few negative thoughts: No luggage stand (on floor ?), no soap, shampoo, body lotion etc. No plastic drinking glasses. No ice bucket cover. one tissue left in dispenser. One page left in note pad. Breakfast? Waffles or cold cereal only for each day for two night stay.

Liked the view of Mackinac Bridge from our balcony. Someone was smoking on their balcony so I couldn't enjoy sitting outside in the fresh air with my morning coffee. Breakfast area was too small and long line for waffle maker. Didn't use the pool. Room was clean.

The hotel was nice and clean. However the “pull out” sofa was big enough for only one person and the cushions laid directly on the floor, which is not what the expectation was. We had brought an air mattress with us and my adult son slept on that instead. It worked out ok, but I paid extra to have a pull out sofa and that really wasn’t what I got. The beds were good and shower was excellent. Breakfast was good and as expected however they had omelettes and egg muffins in baggies (which wasn’t super desirable) in the refrigerator area and then a sign on the microwave that said “do not heat eggs in microwave” so the expectation was to eat the omelette cold I guess? If you are going to have eggs, either have someplace that they can be heated or don’t have them at all, in my opinion. All in all, it was a good stay.

The only downfall was the continental breakfast didn't have much for options and they did not refill food items so we had some options. The waffle maker was hit or miss whether it worked or not. Otherwise, clean rooms.
