This stylish holiday home is also close to the golden sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants and the delights of the St Ives art scene.
The bright open plan sitting/kitchen/dining area is light and sunny with tasteful furnishings and two windows overlooking Smeaton’s Pier and the Harbour. The sitting room area having a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker and window seat to enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the glorious harbour view.
The kitchen area is well equipped, with an induction hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and slimline dishwasher.
