Amazing house and view!
This house is amazing with the best view. Our family of 7 adults has stayed at several vacation homes and this one is the nicest we have ever been to. It is a perfect location being close to Cruz Bay with restaurants and shopping but quiet in the bay with a beautiful view of the boats during the day and lit up at night. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. The check-in with Kelley was great and she took just the right amount of time with us and had a welcome snack in the fridge. There was a nice binder full of printed restaurant menus that got used every night which saved us so much time. There are two large washer and dryers that was very helpful. The setup of having four bedrooms with bathrooms that are all identical has been the most appreciated! The house has beach bags with towels in each room. This house was the best experience for our family! I highly recommend this stay!

Fantastic spot
We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Villa Royce. Six in our party, wife, 2 daughters in mid 20’s and 2 of their friends. House was perfect for us - beautiful layout and well stocked with everything needed. Short 15 minute drive to beaches and pool was a great spot to unwind after a day at beach. We will be back!
