Beautiful downtown Jellybean row house. Attached on one side. Filled with local art and inspiration, this is the perfect location to really experience St. John's and all it has to offer!

Views of Signal Hill, the harbour, The Rooms, The Basilica, and most of downtown are visible from multiple areas in the house. Watch the boats sail through the narrows or if you're lucky maybe an ice berg will float by!

Just minutes from downtown restaurants and shops it is located in the best part of downtown which is very central yet quiet. Great for conferences as its 2 blocks from the Sheraton Hotel, a 2 min walk to Water Street and the harbor, 8 min walk to Delta Hotel and Convention Center area. 10 minute bus ride to the University.

Located a few blocks from lovely Bannerman Park, which features a splash pad, swimming pool with free public swims in the summer, modern playground, and a beautiful ice-skating loop in the winter. It's a best-of-both-worlds location, quiet home near breathtaking hikes and walking distance to all the conveniences of downtown. George street is 15 min walk.
